Suppose within 1 year the MindWave Mobile device ceases to work and it is determined by BrainTrain support that this device has become defective. In that case, BrainTrain will send you a new MindWave Mobile device at no additional cost.

You will be required to ship back your previously purchased MindWave in its original box and provide a credit card for the $129 fee that will be refunded once your old MindWave is received by BrainTrain.
